# Explanation of information storage for calendar
EasyDay displays your calendar events through the system's calendar API. The synchronization of your calendar between multiple devices is fulfilled by Apple's iCloud. EasyDay app does not provide cloud storage or synchronization services for calendars.
# Explanation of information storage for todo, habits and anniversaries
- EasyDay app 1.0 does not currently provide cloud storage and synchronization capabilities for this type of data.
- EasyDay App version 1.2.6 and later versions have cloud storage and synchronization capabilities, providing users with cloud storage of the aforementioned data and support for synchronization across multiple devices.
- If a user is only using EasyDay on a single device, there is no need to log in, and we do not perform any cloud storage. If a user wishes to use EasyDay on multiple devices, such as on a Mac, iPad, iPhone, and desires data synchronization, they need to use version 1.2.6 or above.
- After logging in, the system will use EasyDay App's cloud to store and synchronize data for small events, habits, and anniversaries. EasyDay App's user login currently supports Google, Apple, and WeChat's SSO login. Users do not need to set or remember usernames and passwords, nor does EasyDay need to store your password information—this is also a common method used by many apps.
- The data synchronization between EasyDay App and EasyDay cloud will utilize encrypted transmission to enhance data security, allowing your data to be safely synchronized across your multiple devices.
# Account Cancellation Feature Description
- Versions of the EasyDay App after V1.2.6 offer the functionality to cancel accounts.
- For users who no longer use the EasyDay App, they can enter the "Data Synchronization" menu, click on the "Clear Cloud Data and Pause Synchronization" option to complete the account cancellation and delete the data saved in the cloud.
# How we use your personal information
We collect and process all your personal data in accordance with relevant data protection regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We may use the collected personal information in the process of creating, developing, improving our products and services, as outlined below:

This includes but is not limited to changes in government policies or regulations, natural disasters or wars, communication line interruptions, hacker attacks or computer virus intrusions, technical adjustments by telecom providers, temporary website closures due to government regulations, deliberate damages by others and inability to access the service due to network congestion, routine system maintenance and system upgrades.
